TULSA RIVER PARKS AUTHORITYTulsa's River Parks Authority have championed the development of trails and parks along Tulsa's Arkansas River. West Bank Sports Complex is a property owned by Tulsa's River Parks Authority. WSA won a competitive bid process to manage West Bank Sports Complex in 2012.
WSA entered a then 10-year lease agreement for the West Bank Sports Complex property, which recently was reestablished to 20-years. RPA has become an advocate and supporter of the Field of Dreams concept, which will help bring to life the "west bank" of the Arkansas River along the development corridor that features The Gathering Place, Zinc Lake, Williams Crossing, and other outdoor, recreational destinations.

ABOUT WSA SOCCEREstablished in 1992, WSA Soccer has been in the space of youth sports for 30+ years, serving, where called, to fulfill a mission that continues to prove timeless. The 501C3 non profit organization, currently registers 2,000 kids annually, all ages, including post-high school programs, outreach, and grassroots programs. The boys pictured below (WSA 05 Boys) won a national championship in 2023, representing WSA Soccer and Tulsa on the largest stage.
WSA hosts over 15 events a year, several with 5,000 - 10,000+ participants. WSA first began hosting events in 1995. WSA has developed, maintained, and been stewards of sports facilities since 1992, currently managing over 300 acres of sports facilities statewide. The Field of Dreams Vision intersects our organization's Mission, and we are confident is our Destiny towards one part of our Legacy.

TENCATE JOINS THE PROJECT |
MULTI-USE, MULTI-PURPOSE |
Tencate joined the project in 2023. TenCate is a global group of market-leading companies that jointly create the most innovative, high quality synthetic grass surfaces for sports and landscaping. The proposed "non-infill" synthetic surface will be cutting edge technology with the most advanced formula for safety, injury prevention, and playability. The surface has been rendered "approved" by Liverpool FC of the English Premier League. Read the TenCate letter of commitment here.

Tulsa Field Sports Alliance (TFSA) was formed in 2010 amongst a group of "field sports" user groups. Since that time these user groups have created a unique collaborative model for sharing field space. WSA Soccer and Tulsa Ultimate Federation, Tulsa's primary Ultimate Frisbee destination, have partnered to maintain, improve, and steward West Bank Sports Complex since 2012.
WSA Soccer, the TFSA managing operator, proposes a continued and enhanced "multi-use" operating agreement for the Field of Dreams. In an effort to consider everything, from Bike Racks, to Fishing Access, to Parking Lot Access for staging of events such as the IronMan, Train Inlets, to the fields and courts, this facility promises to bring to life almost every outdoor activity one could envision in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
